Default initial startup misfire, does anyone know?

Problem, 89 240 dl, every start after it has sat for a while is misfiring for about 10 seconds or until i rev up to about 2k. Does anyone here have or had this problem. I am kind of thinking it might be the coil since its original, or possible a vacuum leak or gasket. any info would be appreciated thanks otherwise it will be the usual no response, seems nobody on here helps anyone

oh, and to answer the question, plugs, wires, rotor, dist cap have been replaced, cleaned throttle body that's why i'm thinking coil. if i was almost 20 years old on this car i'd probably misfire too.

I had a coil problem that did the same thing. Also had a loose exhaust mainfold bolt that was loose, but that was a big shake
