Another name for the item is rear roof sun shade.

I clicked on the link to see larger image of the photo. My guess is that it is part of an aftermarket body kit. Make note of dual exhaust rear bumper and air foil on lower rocker panels.

I am guessing that Takvingen is the vendor of the body kit, because when I "google" it -- Google shows several different makes of cars with body kits.
