Left Turn Signal Speed

My left turn signal (a.k.a. blinker) is ticking/blinking super fast. Just the left one, and its driving me nuts. Any idea how to fix this? Thanks

Most of the time it means one is burned out.Either the front or rear.Opposite of which one is working.
