Default light weight flywheel

I need a new clutch. I have 90 Volvo 240 W/M47. I have read alot of different post about this modification. I do have a 86 Volvo 240 W/M46. I will probably poke the M46 into the 90. My question is what is the best route to take on lightened flywheel? Thanks in advance.

IMHO.

lightweight flywheels don't make much sense on street cars, the engine is easier to stall when clutching from a full stop, and shifts are generally harsher.

its not like the b230f is a high revving engine anyways, and the gear ratios on the available manuals are not close ratio.

I realize all of that but was hoping somebody could tell me best way to go about it. Appreciate your advice. Thanks.
