Im not sure if this is the right name, but its the little cap you put on top of the bulbs of the headlights, so the light will reflect on the cap and then to the headlight and then to the pavement, Ill post a picture. And can this be done to my car, because the lights instead of lighting up the entire pavement, they just shoot right into the pavement and not spreaded apart like they should

You could only do that if your crome looked Like it does on that light.

No it won't. The lens on them reflect the light.
