I just bought a 1990 740 GL a month ago, theother night my dashboard light went out while driving, so did my gear shift light.Anybody have any idea what it could be?I checked all fuses they are ok. Thanx in advance.

 

maybe they both burnt out at the same time? it's possible.. the gear shift bulb is easy to replace.. just unscrew the plastic center piece covering it.. and the clamp holding it where the fuses are.. comes right off
