Default Need fuel rail for 1992 Volvo 240

Hello all. So my fuel rail valve is leaking. There is no way to replace the shraeder valve on the rail individually so I just want to find a used fuel rail. Sadly, none of the junkyards here have had 240's in them in a few months. We can work through paypal if anyone has one or can get a hold of one. Thanks.

fwiw, you should be able to use the fuel rail off a LH2.4 940 too.

according to VADIS, on a 1992 240, the fuel pressure rail, the shraeder valve is PN 3507920, with cap 3507998, the dealer parts listing I checked said thats a $2 part (and the cap is $1)

I dunno, I think I'd unscrew it, find a plug with the same threads, and seal that in with some fuel safe sealant.

I have a 240 parts car that I am picking apart at the moment and the engine was running great as it only has 100k on it. It was quite rusty though. I'll check the condition of the fuel rail tomorrow if you would like and we will see what we got.

All you need is a new Shraeder valve. They remove the same way a tire Shraeder valve does.
