Hi. I just joined volvoforums.com today. My friend suggested that I should do the Big 3 upgrade for my 1993 volvo 240. Has anyone done a big 3 upgrade for 1993 volvo 240 or on any old volvos? I need help on locating where the parts are located in the volvo and how to do the big 3 for the volvo. thank you.

How do you locate the + and - of the alternator in the Volvo? I want to connect these 3 wires to these places: - Negative from alternator to chassis.
- Positive from alternator to battery.
- Negative from battery to chassis.
