I have a 91 240 and it looks like i'm in the need for a new radiator. Mine broke up top where the hose connects into the radiator and it broke almost flush where the hose would connect and tighten. Anyone know where I could get one cheap?

 

Depends on what you consider cheap. Google "Volvo 240 radiator" and you will come up w/ lots of options in the $100 range. If you want to gamble, try the salvage yard. Nissens and Blackstone are o.e. brands and a bit more than the Chinese aftermarket.

 

I think your chances of a solid radiator are at the yards. Any year 240 will work I'm sure. To be safe (and for ages sake) 86+.
