I have installed the new radiator. It is leaking from the brass to plastic connector on the radiator that connects the small hose from the reservoir. It is a connection that the customer is supposed to install-a brass fitting you are supposed to screw into the radiator. It is brass into plastic. I am afraid of over-tightening. I have snugged it but have not applied a lot of force.

 

All the radiators I have used had the fittings in already, and not loose, but all were Nissens. I don't like to gamble on cooling system parts, overheating destroys Volvos more than anything else...

 

Can you please point me to this Nissan radiator that will fit into a Volvo 760 turbo? Thank you

 

Not Nissan, Nissens. It's Volvo's original supplier... A 760 uses the same radiator as a 740, 940 Turbo up to 1991 MY. Try eeuroparts.com
