Unhappy New problem. stall tries to die, under load, after warm up

91, 298K miles 740 not turbo regina/rex1. bad bog/stall when under load when warmed up. I have: hooked up inline pressure gauge with banjo tee at filter. Drove with pressure gauge visible. constant 35PSI with rise to 45 on acceleration. volume and pressure to specs. ignition coil resistance checked. OK O2 sensor voltage OK variable .6 to .96 during idle. new cap, wires, plugs. cleaned MAF sensor.

seems to fail after warming up and driving very short distance or if driven before full open on tstat few miles after open. Problem did not start until replacing stuck open tstat so heater worked this winter. Plugs wet after stall. knock sensor seems "jumpy" when voltage checked at idle. no frequency meter to verify 24 hrtz signal
starts right up and ok after cool down. AIC valve reads 3.9 ohm instead of 8 per spec. has some leakage when blown thru? No EGR.

Can knock sensor cause this kind of chaos? was told aic also affects run at load? any help folks.

lot of blow by in valve cover. Pvc system OK. corrected plugged cat and collapsed resonator . back pressure OK. (different problem?)

Have you checked compression and done a leak down test on all cylinders?
