Angry Stall, stall, and stall some more...

I have a 92 740 t wagon.

The problem began as a random stall.
waited an hour.
Car ran fine.

Then,

Filled tank, car stalled.
Waited an hour.
Car ran fine.

Fill tank.
Car stalls.

This happened several times.

Both fuel pumps were replaced.
Same predictable problem.

Fill tank.
Car stalls.
Wait an hour...

Even tried a different FI computer.
No change.

Now the car just stalls at random.

The problem is no fuel delivery.
Spark is ok.

Pump relay?
Ignition switch?
Satan?

I hate this car, but my customer seems to love the thing.

I have tried to take the logical approach to solving this, but I am obviously missing something.

I would start with the fuel pump relay.

Go to www.stepbystepvolvo.com and look at "Real-Life Volvo Quiz." Do usual tune-up stuff too.
