Default OBD codes?

Well, I just found another reason to love my "new" Volvo...the "self-diagnosis" port! It was extremely simple to use in comparison to other OBD-I vehicles I've had to pull codes on.

However, I do have a few codes I might need a little help with. I have a 132 code, a 221 code, and a 233 code.

The 132 code is listed as a Batt voltage too low/high code, which is probably set from all of the cranking I did on it after I doused the intake with carb cleaner and it struggled to start.

The 221 code is the one I'm getting conflicting results for. Some have the 221 listed as a HEGOS rich part throttle, and then SOME have it listed as a HEGOS inop/air leak. I can understand the correlation between the two, as in an air leak and a rich reading at the HEGOS, but not between an air leak and an inop sensor. Which of these is the "real" definition of the 221 code? I just fixed the air leak so if I reset the MIL I think this one will go away, but I'm not positive.

And, finally the 233 code, which is listed as IAC valve closed, OR IAC closing signal. I'm assuming that this code means that my IAC valve is mechanically "stuck" closed and is not opening on command from the ECU, but again I'm not 100% sure because there are 2 separate codes for the IAC. Could this just be that I need to clean out the valve a little more, or does this mean that I'll have to start looking for a new IAC?
