I think i might be crazy, i just used super clean on my engine in my 940 and now the oil pressure idiot light is on. I have never seen it on before. Can it be a short or some water got in the sensor or something? Please dont let this be no oil pressure just out of the blue. The car still runs just the same, no strange sounds from in the engine. No loss of oil.

 

If this happened right after you cleaned the engine then I would doubt you have a low oil pressure problem, especially with you saying it sounds fine and runs normal. I would check the sensor, perhaps some water got into the socket and is causing a short.

 

Im crazy, and it was water!
