ok i feel really dumb right now, but this is the first time i am actually changing the oil on my 89 240 dl and the last time i changed oil was like 6 years ago and it was always on tractors...what is the exact loaction/ description of the oil plug?

 

Bottom of the oil pan, use a 1" wrench to remove it. Oil filter is on the right, lower side of the engine near the motor mount. Can't miss it. Takes about 4 quarts of your favorite oil with a new filter to fill'er up.
