I've seen countless pictures and even bought a 240 manual at a local auto parts store b/c it's the only one we have in this town apparently, the book I mean. So, I looked under the throttle body nothing, took off the throttle body and piping to clean them out and still nothing. It should be in that area correct?

 

Yes one of the hose from the black induction hose goes to it.
