Yes, many! One of the most well known Volvo vendors, you can trust them as much as anyone.

They also can get oem parts from dealers, not on the website.

The some of their aftermarket parts are junk and fail quickly. Avoid the aftermarket rubber parts.

Call is unsure. There is a lot of other parts dealers also. Search.

IPDusa is a bit more expensive than some others, but has very good customer service. their best stuff are their own products like springs, swaybar kits.

another online vendor I use a lot is fcpeuro.com

for what it is worth, fcp euro have a very good guarantee on their parts.
i have purchased quite a few parts from them, all without issue and good quality.
i did buy a set of rebuilt ate calipers from rockauto that were of excellent quality and very good price (very low core charge).

for dealer parts if you know the PN, I like tasca, Genuine Factory OEM Parts & Accessories | TascaParts.com they are about 30% discount from MSRP, and generally have quite good service (although a few times, I didn't get notified that a part was back ordered from Sweden and took a month or more to recieve, most stuff I get in days).

IPD is good and they are making more of an effort to improve the cost and speed of shipping. They are also trying to carry more OEM Volvo parts. FCP is also trying to carry more OEM parts. The reason is that the quality of aftermarket parts has gotten worse in the last few years and both vendors are aware of it.
