Hey i just spent 4 months rebuilding a b230f for my 83 245, and 500 miles after completion the brakes failed and i totaled it.
Luckily the engine survive unscathed.
Now i need to sell it.
The engine is bored to 96mm at my machine shop and honed with hour Sunnen Cv-616 honing machine.
It has the rotating assembly from a 91 b230f, along with custom Wiseco flattop pistons.
The head is from the 83 b23f along with the economy valve spring upgrade Kit from RSI.
The head and engine surface was hand surfaced and checked for flatness.
All gaskets were replaced with ipd parts.
Every nut and bolt was removed and sandblasted.

bighighx: um, thats not how forums like this work. you post a specific problem you need help with, and if any forum members can help you, they'll reply. one-on-one private consultation generally costs money, and is best done in person vis a vis an actual mechanic who is familiar with the car models in question.

also, you start a new thread with a new problem, don't stick it on the end of an unrelated thread.
