R12 to R134
Hey all, I've decided to convert my R12 air conditioner to the R134 (might be 124?), simply because I need to get freon and its much to hard to get for the R12.
How can I flush out the remaining R12 in my unit? Is this something I can do myself or do I have to have someone do it for me. How much would this be if someone did it for me?
Thanks, Patrick

It is R134a.
This is an extract from a guide to AC servicing. How you do it depends on your views on pollution.
