I'm no expert but I just did this job. It was pretty easy. Your best bet is to get a repair manual. The Bentley is a great one. This is the order that I did mine.
Disconnect steering coupling from shaft and rack.
Disconnect tie rod ends (best to replace them)
Remove the bolts that hold the rack to the frame.
Partial lower the rack so you can disconnect the lines. (don't lose the copper washers, 2 per line)
Be ready to catch some fuild.
Reinstallin reverseorder.
Once you start you will see how it comes out.
