Rear Turn Signal works fine until I apply Brakes, then the orange goes off and the red brake light blinks.....

I tried to change wires around, but that creates other issues, the original stickers are on the inside of lenses telling what wire goes where and they are all there hooked up rightly.

Would the relay cause this?

On my 740 Turbo Wagon where is the relay on the fuse block under radio, or ? and what color is relay?

The bulb failure relay is red. It is to the left side of the fuse box in the back.
