Default Regina fuel pump pressure?

Ihave a 93 940 regina car. It is bucking when cold and when hot coming uphill it bucks again but not as bad. I put a fuel pressure gauge inline and it reads around 30 psi. I seem to remember that my old pumps in earlier days ran around 42 psi. Can anyone verify the correct fuel pump pressure on a running car?

pretty sure its supposed to be 42-44 PSI, but I've never seen or touched a Regina system here in California.
