Removing exhaust manifold from 81 245
My 81 245 has popped a Welch plug and by the looks of it whoever last put them in has done a great job of damaging them. In order to replace them I figured I just needed to get the exhaust manifold out of the way.
I have remove the exhaust manifold bolts and the two that hold the manifold to the exhaust but it is still quite firm. I can pull it a little bit away from the block but it seems stuck to the exhaust pipe and cannot seem to make it budge free.
Any tips on cleanly getting the manifold off and out of the way?

Stupid me, didn't see the 3rd bolt that was holding the exhaust to the manifold. After getting that one off I managed to get the manifold out.
Another related question however. When unbolting the the manifold from the block two of the bolts came off the block and the rest stayed in. Should I look at replacing all these bolts?
If so, how do I get the old bolts out and how do I tighten the new ones into the block. Haven't dealt with that before.
