Replacement parts after Air Bags used
1995 940. hit ice, hit rail, set off Airbags. I'm willing and am driving without a full air bag replacement, but I'd like to fix the dash and steering wheel of the exploded airbags. Advice? Parts? DSDVolvo

Replace: deployed bags, clock spring, SRS module under driver's seat, seat belts (if pretensioners deployed), and all will be well, not even a "reset" needed.
This is pretty much the whole SRS system but get used parts and it won't be that much, mine cost me maybe $200-- 1994 and '95 are the same. And the labor is not complicated.

Sources, any junk yard that has 1994-5 940. Forget about new parts, they would be hugely expensive even if available.
Depending on where you are, PicNPull type places are best. Voluparts in Atlanta has good selection and are quite professional, will ship to you. Ebay, too, is good...
