Hi. I just purchased my first Volvo, an '85 240 DL wagon (I pick it up tomorrow) to use as a winter crasher. Apart from one quarter panel and a couple holes in the floor the car is in pretty good shape. Mechanically the car is in great shape (you can almost eat off the motor). If I can fix the rust I might keep the car beyond the winter. Does anyone produce repair panels for the 240?

I was thinking more along the lines of something OEM or aftermarket panels. I see that some parts are available:

But I see nothing for floor panels.

You can always check a junk yard for parts.
People here, and on other forms, part out a bunch of cars. Just tell them what you need they might have it.

 

That's wasn't what I was hoping for, but kind of what I figured. I'm seriously considering investing in the floor repair. Apart from the floors, this car is ridiculously solid. Runs great and the A/C even works.
