There is a little button on your dash around your speedo. remove the cover and press it with a pen or something sharp. I think you do it with the key on but I'm not sure. This light comes on every 5k miles to remind you to change the oil.</P>

I have a '92 240, and the service reset button is on the lower right side of the speedometer face. I took the sharp end of a golf tee and held the button pushed in as I started the car. When I let the button go, the SERVICE light went off.
