whats the normal shift points of a 240? mine seems to rev quite high and doesnt shift into OD until 65mph. Is that normal???

 

Sixty-five sounds about right to me, that's just about the point I start wishing I had a fifth gear. I've got a manual and I usually change up at three thousand, four thousand if I'm going up hill. Believe me, I've driven a four-cylinder with a three-speed that changed up too low, it's unpleasant. Be glad yours lets your engine rev.
