Default Slow and Sloppy

Well we all know about how slow these 240s are but I dont think they should be sloppy. 89 240DL wagon, 202k. new tires rear, good ones front, old shocks all around. She tracks straight but often seems to drift- generally just doesnt feel real solid when at speed. Rear shocks are pretty cheap and simple to install, any other suggestions on what to look for / change? sway bar bushings etc? She's up in the air with all of her wheels off right now but I dont think I'm ready (or have the bucks) to do front shocks right now. Thanks for your suggestions. Dave

check all the bushings (suspension, steering, driveline), shocks, and springs.
