Someone backed into my preciouse Volvo! GRrrrrrrr! I am so upset. I was paralled parked and someone leaving backed up into my front. There's no damage but it did shake the car a little. It seems to drive fine. Is there any internal damage I should look for?Is the frontbumper attached to anything like shocks or does the force go directly through the car?

 

There is shocks on the bumper you should be fine.

 

I forgot to mention is was a 1989 240...those have shocks in the bumpers also?

Yup another thing that volvo did to make their cars indestructable. If you have no cosmetic damage then you have no damage at all. Isn't it nice driving a car that takes into account that 90% of people on the road are complete dumb asses.
