spark plug wire recommendations

Default spark plug wire recommendations

I am ready to change the spark plug wires on my car and was wondering which brand to use, thanks.

Is your car turbo or non-turbo? Turbo cars generate a bunch more heat and, IMHO, demand primo wires...preferably Bougicord brand w/ metal plug shields. If your car is n/a, then lesser wires work just fine. Choices are whether you have Regina or Bosch ignition. Regina has a square coil whereas Bosch has a traditional coil. Other options are whether the car has an integral radio antenna in the windshield. I presume there is a difference in shielding of the wires. RockAuto.com has wires for a Regina n/a for as little as $12 and Bosch ignition setups as low as $20.
