These are a dry-transfer type & you will need a No.2 pencil to transfer each graphic onto your stalk. There is a complete instruction booklet online:

They look nice but knowing Volvo people, well, not exactly big spenders...

I agree that affordable price is important. But consider this: buying new replacement stalks cost's much more than repairing them.

If you choose to buy used stalks w/good graphics chances they are working are 50/50 unless tested.

At this price point you are about $10/per stalk + shipping -- It is a niche market however but hopefully there will be a peak in enthusiasm --

Well, I am not opposed to it, I am all for keeping old Volvos as nice as possible, I just share my knowledge of the Volvo owner. They will flog these poor cars till their last breath while all the "unneeded" parts like bumpers and door panels are long gone. Graphic stickers on control stalks, sadly not a high priority...

 

I see your point. Although some owners have show cars while others may want to restore visibility of original controls.

It really has to do with individual taste & how much interior details matter --

I can take some pictures of them afterwards and share. I accidentally rubbed most of the decals off my stalks while cleaning them shortly after I bought the car unfortunately.

You can line-up the new decals exactly where you want them & use a No.2 pencil to transfer the graphic. Brush on (hobby-shop) acrylic clear-coat & you will get ultimate protection.
