Default stalling on me

My main work car, a 1992 740 wagon is stalling on me. I am unable to figure this out. The fuel gauge reads fine, 32lbs. no real dip at any time. The filter has been changed and the pump and sending unit changed. What happens is I will be driving and it will just stall, no stutter, I am now thinking that I jumped the gun on the fuel fixes and it may have been electrical? What else could it be? It stalls when I am going 70 on the highway and well as when I am going 15 in the city. The car has near 300, 000 miles on it and other than this the car is great work car, extremely reliable. What could I check or look for?
Any help would be be appreciated, I am stumped?
Dan

check for loose electrical wires. Look at the coil particularly. I t absolutly sounds electrical. Check Battery for corrosion. After the car stalls do you pull over and it starts right back or what is the senario?

Dan, it sure sounds like the coil wire. Same thing happened to me.

Did you install the injectors yourself? were they new or used? make sure that they have both o rings. You may have an internal or external fuel leak and a vacum leak. So what I would do is when the car is at idle pull off a vacum line and see if the car shuts off. To the OP I have stalling when I hit my turbo and when I dont hit my turbo, but I just noticed today that my cat and muffler is shot, so see if you have an exhaust restriction. a plugged cat will stall you as well
