I bought yet another Volvo a few days ago, and there is a large amount of corrosion from sun damage on the plastic covers from which the rear seat belts come out (I am terrible at describing this, I know). The fabric of the dash area underneath the rear windshield is stained and faded. One of my other 240's has a fabric protector for that back area, but is in terrible shape. I have been quick to find sites that still manufacture front dash covers, but are there any that sell a protector for the back?

 

It would be the #2 arrow in this picture. Is there a site that also sells a replacement for that particular part?

None of those sites had what I was looking for, but I did find that Kragen will order them for $26.99. Shipping is supposed to take 5-10 days. They come in a large variety of colors and are tailored to fit any specified model of car. I accidently (and thankfully) found this out when returning car parts last week.
