temp gauge reading on 740 none turbo?

Just wanted to know on a 1991 740 seadan none turbo 4 cylinder enginge.What is the normal operating temp by the gauge is it 1/4 1/2,not running the ac and in 95 degree weather.

Should be right at 12 o'clock straight up in the middle.
