I picked these up to replace the bling rims that came with my new 940 and are iffy in more ways than one. Most of the 940 cars I see have the spoke alloys, any idea what model these came off of?

 

They look like nova's.....They where an option for 700/900.

They were mainly on 92 and 93 960's.

 

thanks, you guys are the best. The used parts guy is Argentinian a nd his English is worst than my Spanish so I thought he had the right ones but I was having second thoughts after I got them home.
TIPSP post came in and with half an hour I started blasting and finished painting them tonight,they look brand new.
Too bad they don't sell the Volvo graphics, I could recondition the inserts too.!
The tire guy said he can have them on the car by lunch tomorrow.

These rims were also standard on 1991 940SE.

 

My 94 940 has those rims. If you don't want them, I'll buy. I somehow bent 2 of mine.

 

all done, three coats of paint and they look like they just left the dealers showroom.

don't know, it was so easy to refinish these I thought I take a crack at a modern black and silver paint job on them, then sell them as some bad *** winter rims.
