Im not 100% sure thats whats making the noise, but im 100% sure that the noise started after they changed the parts, and the last time it was making the noise, i opened the cap and the noise was coming from the engine itself.

You need to try to narrow it down. Makes sure you don't see any of the belts flopping. They might have either tightened them to much or left to loose.

It could also be a water pump going bad.

In the middle of the engine. The pulley has 4 screws holding it on.
