Default Upper interior door panel replacement?

Hello,

Anyone know of a replacement part or fix to the wrinkling upper door panel near the lock and air grille?

Thanks

If you figure it out let us know.
It will be hard to find glue to hold it.

Update to the vinyl wrinkle.

I took off my door panel and took off the black window strip at top. I then found this contact cement (similar to a contact cement used for laminate counter tops) and put some on the vinyl and boarding, waited over 15 minutes then slowly smoothed the vinyl back on the backer board. It came out good in areas that simply just needed to be glued back, BUT where the vinyl is wrinkled I made a relief cut where the major bulk of material is. I then had to cut any excess gathering of material out and then reattached vinyl to backer board. There is now a cut line seen in the vinyl, but I plan on trying some of that vinyl/leather filler fixing stuff and will see how it comes out. This has been the only way I could see fixing this annoying ugly situation. I'll keep you all posted as to what happens when I get some scratch/filler stuff. I'm also wondering what will happen over time as the sun hits it. Oh well. We'll see.

I'm thinking that someone needs to make a molded plastic cap to place over the top of the panel that will come with the window strip and cut outs for vent and door ****.
