I am going to change the valve cover gasket on my 89 245 dl wagon B230F motor. I was wondering if there is anything I could or should to to help the motor when I have the valve cover off? I don't want to replace valve springs and things ogf that nature but is there anything easy to moderate that I can do????? Thanks

 

Nothing that would help unless you want to check the Valve adjustment.
