Various items for 1994 Volvo Gl sedan
Guys
Anyone have idea where I can purchase a few items for the wife's car?
1. Seat belt buttons they are breaking up.
2.Gear shift **** is coming to pieces (plastic or whatever it is made from)
3. Both Sun visors are broken.

seat belt buttons are available from places like ipdusa.com, fcpeuro.com
gear shift ****, presumably this is an automatic? probably best scrounged from a junkyard. out of the 4-5 240/740/940/960's we've had, can't say I've ever had a shifter **** disintegrate
ditto the visors, find some in a junkyard. you can get the clips that hold the visors up if thats whats broken from various parts sources, including the dealer. you MIGHT be able to buy new visors at a dealer but they'd be $$$.

It is very common for the gear shift **** to break apart. It is the rubber over the plastic that becomes brittle. The reason that Pierce hasn't experienced this might be because he is not in a very hot climate.
