got me a volt guage, not sure what year of volvo it's from but mines an 89 and was wanting to hook it up. do I need certan sending units? where do they go?

 

The only input required of a Voltmeter is, uhh, voltage.

Once working, you need to interpet it properly....but it can be one of the most useful gauges in the car.

 

I installed mine during summer 03.. umm if i can find the instructions.. ill keep u posted if not.. i remember a little that a wire goes to the center console light bulb harness, and the other some where near that area. However, the gauge isnt that accuate sometimes. its like all the way to the yellow.
