Volvo 240 52mm Tachometer wiring
Just got a 52mm small tach for my 240 but it didn't come with any wires. I know there is the red and white wire behind the cluster but it looks like I need more. Anyone know how to hook it up and where to get the other wires?

it probably needs switched power, and the dashboard lighting circuit as well as ground, just guessing.
i can't say I ever saw a 240 with a small tach, only the large tach with a small clock.

i didn't see that video describing how to wire the dimmable backlighting on the tach...
thats a brown wire that goes to the main instrument cluster pin 31/10 (connector 31 is the full circle plug)
