Looking at an eBay item for the switch, relay, and installation instructions for front fog lights on a 240. It's currently around $30 which is a little high, but it might be worth it if it's hard to come by. What do you guys think? Any other source of instructions I can come by elsewhere? I have seen a green fog light switch on eBay before for $15 I think...

 

Dude, I have one (switch) that you can just have, as long as you promise to send me the blank black plate to fill in the space. Deal?

Yeah it looks like that, but the one I got (I think) is built into one of the 3"x3" black panels that's just to the right of the instrument cluster. If you're gonna be running fresh wires anyway, and don't mind having the switch in that location, its yours.
