Never experienced anything like this before... I was away in England for 2 months, my dad said my car was having problems starting, and that the fuel pump wont turn off when the ignition is on (car not started, obviously). We replaced the fuel pump relay, and now the car wont turn off at all, even when the key is off and out of the car entirely. Its not dieseling, it just runs like it always does. Can anyone figure that one out?

Also, even after we replaced the fuel pump relay, the fuel pump wont shut off before starting the car.

that sounds more like an ignition switch problem or a short somewhere.
