I'm installing an Aftermarket Radio as the old one is at it's time. but I'm wondering how to get the radio to stay in place, as there is no real box behind the mount to install the radio to. Does anyone know where and if I need to get a dash kit for this?

The installation kit and instructions should be available from wherever you bought the radio. Crutchfield has installation kits.
