I have a volvo 940 that I am trying to get started. It sounds like the battery is dead, but its not. I think someone has disconnected something under my hood on purpose in order for it not to start. I have tried some obvious plugs but there has got to be something I am forgetting. Does anybody have an idea of what I need to check. I know the battery and everything else is good. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
