'92 745 GLA w/99k. Granny's Frordia car in great shape. I pulled the sensor from the rear as suggested here. It was a little gooked up so I cleaned it and put it back in. Wires looked good but that safety wire did look a little suspect like it could rub through.

Speedo jumps when sitting still with car on and while going down the road. Today was first time on the road in 4 years. Going 70, speedo read 80 for a couple miles, then went back to 70. Jumpy all the time.

Ground(s)? Any suggestions? Do the sensors go bad? Thanks, c.
