Its fuel injected and the pump and filter are under the drivers side back door

 

There should be a relay panel on the engine compartment rear bulkhead (firewall?). It includes relays for fuel injectors, fuel pump, window regulator, headlamps, emission control, central locking and air con.

thank you, do you know which relay is the fuel pump relay?

 

in my 88 240 it is above the passengers feet. pull down the rug and you will see a large white relay(look up). Yours may be different.

Will be either white or Brown. Above the Passengers feet. Sometimes still clipped to the Firewall.
