1989 Volvo 760 TIC ECC Malfunction

1989 Volvo 760 TIC ECC Malfunction

The Electronic Climate Control recently stopped working. It no longer activates the blend door nor the vent doors. So it won't blow air to any of the vents. Any help is appreciated.

Most likely the control panel is bad...
