Default 1996 960 a couple of issues

Well I couldn't get the S80 I wanted but I happened to come across a '96 960 that needs a little work. The car was driven only a little bit in the last six months. Here is a list of problems I will need to fix: mileage is 138K so it probably needs the timing belt and tensioner, one of the rear windows does not go down, the drivers seat does not go back (goes forward just not back), A/C does not blow cold air and it runs rather rough at idle(could this be due to sticky valves given the car was not driven very much in the last six months?). I use to own a '97 850 so I'm familar with some of these issues. How tough is the timing belt replacement (I've read a few posts that it is rather easy)? Does the 960 have that same issue with the A/Cevaporator that the 850 does (leaks with age, I guess most cars have this issue when old)? What should I look for when buying one of these cars used: suspension issues, exhaust?

With the A/C start at the condensor and work your way back. the 960s are known to have problems with the condensors rusting at the joints. Its better to start there than take apart the whole dash....
