Anyone have any idea where the fuel filter and thermostat are on my 87 760 turbo wagon? Those are the first things i'm gonna be fixing. next is the fuel pump( if the fuel filter doesn't help) and then my mother of all problems, my blown head gasket! i've got an old Chilton manual but i cant find anything about either one of these things! got the parts just need a direction. maybe anyone suggest the best repair manual?

The thermostat is right on top of the motor where the radiator house connects to the front of the motor.

The fuel filter is under the car about 1/2 way down under a bracket. You can see it. looks like a silver can with a house connected to the front and back of it. Hard to get off so be careful not to damage the fuel line that connects to the front of it.
